突触后电位(Postsynaptic Potential, PSP)是神经元在接收到其他神经元通过突触传递的信息后,其膜电位发生变化。这种电位变化可以是去极化(depolarization)或超极化(hyperpolarization),分别对应于兴奋性突触后电位(Excitatory Postsynaptic Potential, EPSP)和抑制性突触后电位(Inhibitory Postsynaptic Potential, IPSP)。突触后电位在神经信号传递和神经网络的功能中起着关键作用。
